The Karachi Development Authority after a competitive bidding process selected a consortium formed by Nawaz Hussain Sikander with EY Ford Rhodes and NESPAK for providing transaction advisory services to the Karachi Development Authority for the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of the KDA Pipe Factory situated in Karachi. The KDA Pipe Factory is the only pipe factory in Pakistan that has the required skills to manufacture high quality 84-inch diameter pipe.
The Project has been conceived by the Karachi Development Authority under Public Private Partnership. The Project will not only create employment opportunities but also improve the infrastructure system by producing high-quality pipes that can be used for water and sewage purposes. NHS is working diligently to provide comprehensive advice that would enable the successful implementation of this Project.
