Abhi (Private) Limited engaged Nawaz Hussain Sikander to revamp their financial products to conform to Shariah compliance standards. Specifically, the Client sought to restructure their existing conventional products that catered to employee financial well-being and financial inclusion, such as ‘early wage access’, ‘invoice factoring’, and ‘payroll financing’, into shariah-compliant equivalents.
NHS effectively restructured these products and meticulously drafted legal documents that not only met commercial requirements but also complied with Shariah regulations. As of now, NHS has successfully completed the Shariah structuring and legal documentation for two products and is currently working on restructuring other products offered by the Client.
