This platform will enable consumers to compare, search, and select from a range of financial products and services provided by different banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies in Pakistan. Customers will also be able to apply for these products and services online.
As part of the advisory role, NHS is guiding the Client on the legal framework, regulatory laws, and compliance requirements necessary for launching and establishing a digital platform in Pakistan. NHS is also overseeing the registration of intellectual property and data sharing and collection. Furthermore, NHS has drafted several legal documents, including agreements, terms of use, and a privacy policy for the platform. Additionally, NHS has assisted in incorporating a special-purpose vehicle to facilitate the launch of the digital platform.
