Nawaz Hussain Sikander was involved in the structuring of the Public Private Partnership Agreement for an educational program, namely, the Adolescent and Adult Learning Training Program initiated by the Sindh Education Foundation.
NHS assisted the Client in preparing, structuring, finalization and execution of the Request for Proposal and the Public Private Partnership Contract for the program, advised on all the legal risks involved in the program and allocation and mitigation of those risks and also advised on the legal viability of the program.
NHS’s team comprising Imran Nawaz Memon (Partner), Mehrunnissa Katpar (Managing Associate) and Mahnoor Haider (Associate) advised and represented the Client in this matter.
