Nawaz Hussain Sikander has successfully represented a consortium of private investors in relation to the development of an industrial zone project of PKR 5 Billion. The scope of NHS’s services includes, among others, conducting thorough due diligence of the land, structuring the transaction, and business arrangement between investors, and assisting in securing financing for the Project. The aim is to ensure the successful implementation of the Project and provide end-to-end support to the investors.
The establishment of the Project is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy by creating job opportunities and increasing labour mobility. Additionally, it is anticipated that the Project will attract foreign investment, contributing to the economic growth and development of the country.
