- Conducting of due diligences;
- Obtaining approvals from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Competition Commission of Pakistan, the State Bank of Pakistan;
- Advising, preparing Scheme of Arrangement/Merger, filing merger petitions in High Court and obtaining approval of Scheme of Arrangement/Merger;
- Advising on acquisition of companies and assets;
- Drafting contracts and other documents for mergers and acquisitions;
- Advising our clients in matters pertaining to tax consequences, stamp duties and other incidental matters in respect of M&A transactions.
