Mr. Hyder has diverse experience in numerous contentious legal disputes. He is particularly recognized for his advocacy before the High Courts of Pakistan in a number of far-reaching constitutional and civil matters. Having previously worked at Abid S. Zuberi & Co., Mr. Hyder has built up considerable expertise in the legal field.

He is actively engaged in advising and representing individual clients and government organizations such as Cantonment Board Clifton, Karachi Port Trust, Federal Board of Revenue, Employees’ Old Age Benefits Institution, Sindh Education Foundation and Central Depository Company on various complex matters pertaining to land, service, constitutional, labour, media and energy laws. Mr. Zubair graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Punjab. He has diverse expertise in the legal field and remained a Special Prosecutor of NAB from 2016 to 2021. He was engaged in numerous cases of NAB including, inter alia, constitutional petitions, writs, appeals and revisions. He also remained Acting Deputy Prosecutor General of NAB Sukkur and represented NAB in High Courts and Supreme Court. He was ranked as Best Prosecutor of the region and was awarded a Presidential Award of Best Prosecutor in 2017 and 2020. Mr. Zubair has also completed various trainings from different institutions such as Federal Judicial Academy, Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and Crowns Prosecutions pertaining to money laundering. He is head of our Sukkur Office and deals with matters pertaining to white-collar crimes, criminal law and constitutional law.
